Frequently Asked Questions

What is Just Decisions?

Just Decisions is a collaborative effort launched by highly qualified people impacted by the criminal legal system who have navigated their conviction history and who today are helping corporations of all types better understand how they can engage this viable market from both a talent and consumer basis.

When did Just Decisions launch?

Just Decisions launched October 2020. It was originally launched by R3 Score Technologies, Inc. (R3 Score).  Since then, R3 Score has become a platform partner and turned over the campaign to the collaboration of people with the lived experience of incarceration for greater impact.

What do I need to create an account?

If you would like to become a customer of R3 Score please contact us and we can get you connected to the sales team to get started

How are you different from other Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) efforts?

The greatest differentiator is that the founders and collaborators of Just Decisions are directly or indirectly  impacted by the criminal legal system and therefore are able to create solutions that work based upon experience. The collaboration has deep talent and consumer  knowledge as well as years of experience working with businesses of all sizes to help them solve the complexities of engaging people with conviction histories in the workforce and as a consumer market.

How do I know if my company is a good fit?

Just Decisions works with corporations and organizations of all sizes nationally that want to become a catalyst for social change while driving cost and time efficiencies and broadening their workforce or consumer market.

Are there any opportunities for research and data projects?

Yes. As a company we are driven by data and we are working on new research efforts. Contact us so we can understand your needs and let you know more about some of our efforts.

Do you have tools and resources?

Yes. We have tools that can accommodate just about any corporation. Likewise, we take an individual approach and can provide your organizations with practical insight, data, metrics, and guidelines that both support your quest to connect with talented and motivated individuals, while also providing quality economic opportunities and meaningful, lasting societal change for those with a criminal record.

How do I know if my company is ready?

By being on our site, clicking around lets us know you are ready to get started. We can provide you with a self-assessment to help you understand where you are in the process. You can also contact us for a 30 minute consultation.

Can you help us access a pipeline?

Yes. We start with first assessing the opportunities you have and making sure you the company is ready for a pipeline. Our experience tells us that normally there is some work that has to be done first before most companies are ready for people.

Can we book someone to present to our corporation or an event?

Yes. Contact us so we can best determine the right person to present at your event for the best possible outcome.

Do you offer consulting?

Yes. We offer a full range of consulting services to include 1-on-1 consulting, full company wide learning journeys, webinars, panel participation as well as keynotes.

Are there partnership opportunities?

Yes. We love partnerships and the best way to know if we are a good fit is to contact us.

Can I bring my tools here?

The short answer is yes and maybe. We are always looking for partners and tools to better serve businesses. All tools are vetted by an independent group before they are placed on the platform. But we welcome partnerships, especially solutions that are birthed out of experiences or data.

Is this effort focused on benefiting one group?

Yes. Today, more than 70 million people have an arrest or conviction record. This number is expected to grow to 100 million people by the year 2030. We know companies cannot grow unless they can better attract, assess and retain people with records. Therefore our efforts are focused on the 1-in-3 Americans living with a conviction history.
